Yeeeessss.

I love when my tools get better. This is a Good Thing. Of course, I’ll probably figure out a way to completely ruin the website while installing it, thanks to The Curse.

Metal Gear BigDog

Funded by DARPA, of course. I’m hoping that this technology manages to make its way off the battlefield and can someday help amputees and paralyzed people get around. Either way, it looks like something out of Japanese horror.

Gutsville issue 1: way free

Saturday, March 22nd, 2008

Gutsville 01 CoverOkay so here’s some comics reading in between my ghostly updates:

Issue 1 of GUTSVILLE is available free online at NEWSARAMA, and you should read it, because it’s brilliant and it’s got the best setting ever, ever. And the ending made me laugh kind of really a lot.

Weirdly, Gutsville is actually very similar to a certain part of my next webcomic…but, well, you’ll see, once I get that rolling. And, actually, once it’s been rolling for a while. Anyway.

Change Congress, GO

Monday, March 24th, 2008

Change CongressHEY. Lawrence Lessig has announced the launch of Change Congress. Click the link for the video, or check out the Change Congress website. This is about eliminating institutionalized corruption in Congress. This is about making elected representatives actually represent those who elected them. Change is this election’s big buzzword. This is about making it a reality.
